The Path to Better Living

One of the many things we learned in the military is how to take care of ourselves and those around you.  Better Living isn't just about physical exercise and diet.  We believe one should consider all 4 pillars of resiliency.

Mental – Facing life’s challenges in a positive way, with self-awareness and good decision making.  Seeking help and offering help to those around you.

Physical – Performing activities that require aerobic fitness, endurance, strength and flexibility through exercise and nutrition.

Social – Developing and maintaining trusted, valued friendships that are personally fulfilling and foster good communication, exchange of ideas and experiences.

Spiritual – A set of beliefs, principles or values that sustain your sense of well-being and purpose. Spiritual fitness is about having a sense of purpose and meaning in your life.
